    If you look at my past reviews on subway you can see I've had decent sandwiches with poor customer service, nevertheless I still go to other subways when I'm hungry. This time I came to the subway in Union City near the Bart station and upon entry it's chilly so be prepared to bring a sweater. If you're a bargain hunter then you'll be glad to know that this location ACCEPTS COUPONS!!! Finally! As every subway does the lady put my sandwich in the oven and continued my order everything was fine customer service was good, no attitude, but still seemed like they didn't want to be working. Upon getting my order I sat down inside at a booth that was clean as the others had napkins and crumbs. -1 Star. Hungry as it was well into the afternoon I took a bite into my sandwich and the First thing I noticed was that the bread wasn't very toasted. -1 Star. As I continued to eat there was something else off about my sandwich and then I realized my chicken was cold. Took me a few bites to notice but I figured out the chicken wasn't hot not even warm it was just cold. -1 star. In the end it was a rather disappointing meal.

    Went there ordered two sandwiches and a salad cost $35 that's another issue. My wife ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad.  When we arrived at our destination my wife said that they forgot to put sweet onion sauce

    If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE! Not only is the place dirty but so are the employees. I watched an employee making a sandwich throw a wrapper away in the trash and then later on realize she still needed it so she proceded pulled it out of the trash, wrapped the cold cut combo meat in it, and placed it back with the other meats. This same employee was also touching and scratching her greasy head as she was touching the fresh bread from the oven.

    I will never come back to this subway again.

    Absolutely disgusting.

    Beware of unfair prices! The Punjabi Indian lady is shrewd! Not only they charged me $8.5 for Veggie Delight (not Veg patty) but failed to tell me that they charge $3 for fresh mozarella because they do not carry shredded mozarella. Extremely petty and arrogant service. I told them I will donate the sandwich to a homeless man. I hope this store closes its business and we get a better sandwich shop. She was also arguing to give me the refund! No place for these types of petty people running a sandwich chain.

    Horrible customer service. I went at 7pm today and I'm never going back!
    So my review was short. What else am I supposed to say other than that
